Features:
1) The NETION PHS-300A off-line UPS is designed specially for the sending and
accepting set in the relay station of the Xiaolingtong Personal Handyphone
System (PHS system) network, which to ensure the un-interruptable
communication

through filter and voltage regulation
3) When the utility power is faulted (power stop, low voltage or high voltage),
