QA/QC Introduction

1) Immerging tin: this process will directly affect the
   technique and the latter procedure. It needs the tin

2) Plug board test: PC board total test. It needs the
   standard parameter of the test and the debugging
3) Debugging: the total test procedure. It needs to
   check all the parameter of the quality of the former
   procedure and debugging
4) Aging test: the total test. It needs the entire test of
   the load ability, transfer time and other function of
   UPS
5) Product test: the total test. It needs to check about
   the outline and functions of UPS

The working procedures control:
1) Establishing the Quality Control Sector, controlling
   the working procedures with the Technology Sector
   and the Manufacture Sector
2) The QC Sector maps out 'the Working Guideline' with
   the help of Technology Sector. Workers must abide
   the regulation and safe manipulation of 'the Working
   Guideline' strictly
3) The Manufacture Sector is in charge of organizing,
   carrying out and monitoring the procedure and the
   improvement of the product quality
4) The Technology Sector is in charge of guiding and
   monitoring the technique procedure, analyzing the
   technique information (data) and improving the
   quality continuously
5) The QC Sector is in charge of monitoring and
   checking the test, the important procedures and the
   quality control points, collecting and analyzing the
   product information (data). And make sure the
   product pass rate is 100%
